Hot Mayonnaise Sauce
A Separady sauce,served with grill or fryied fish very similar to sauce hollandaise but much easier and has a lovely bite.
Recipe: Granma Yvonne
1 egg yolk
½ lemon juice
1 tbs flour to thiken sauce
Add all the ingredients and fill up with water to make 1 cup of liquid.
Beat it well
Warm up 1/3 of liquid in pot
Add 1 tbs flour to the 2/3 of liquid and mix.
Add the cold liquid to the pot and mix till creamy.
