Fried Rice

Add a little bit of colour, texture and flavour to a white rice.

2 cups water

1 cup long grain rice

2 tbsp oil 


  • In a pot pour the oil and fry 2 tbsp rice till golden brown.

  • Add 2 cups of water and salt

  • When water boil, add the remaining rice, cover, reduce heat, cover pot and let it simmer for +- 30 min till rice has absorbed all the water.

  • Serve immediately or reheat in microwave.
