KEFTE DE KARNE
Meatballs

3 slices bread crust removed
2 beaten eggs
1/2 kilo mince meat (beef or lamb)
1 onion chopped
1 pressed garlic clove
Chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper
Oil
1 cup flour and 2 beaten egg for covering the Keftes before frying

Place the bread under tap water till soft. Squeeze with your hands the water out.

Mix well with the mince and add the onion, garlic and parsley, sprinkle salt and pepper.

Break the mixture into small balls. (about 15)

Dip the balls into the flour and the beaten eggs and fry in a pan till brown all over.

Remove with a slotted spoon and place on absorbent paper
Serving Suggestions
Serve warm with rice
